Talia Slade
Talia was born and bred at the
Anchor Inn at Oldbury on Severn,
Gloucestershire where she
developed a real passion for pubs
and everything about them. She
went on to pursue a successful
career in retail marketing with giants including Arcadia, Sainsbury’s, Tesco and Somerfield but couldn’t resist the urge to return to her first true love. Talia wanted to run her own business and spend more time in pubs so it made sense for her to do what she knows best - and that is how Talia's Nuts was born.
Mark Sorrell
Mark is a professional chef who
trained and worked at Crest Hotels
and opened the Aztec Hotel,
Bristol as Head Chef. He went
on to teach aspiring chefs at the
Weston Super Mare and City of
Bristol colleges. For the last eight years he has been head chef and landlord at the Anchor Inn where his talent for developing new recipes has delighted regular customers.
